Etienne SCHLECHTER
Etienne Schlecter’s career in the Liquor Industry spans 30 years. He is a seasoned expert who was the President of the South African Bartenders Association for a decade and the Head Judge for the International Bartenders Association for six years. Etienne also authored the book “Easy Going Cocktails” and hosted the first-ever World Bartending Championships in Cape Town in 2014.
